Katara Towers

is an iconic mixed-use development located in Lusail, Qatar. It is a joint venture between Qatari Diar and Katara Hospitality. The development comprises of two towers, one of which is a 5-star hotel managed by the Ritz-Carlton and the other is a luxury residential tower. The hotel tower is 38 stories high with 361 rooms, suites and residences, as well as various restaurants and bars. The residential tower is 41 stories high with 490 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. The towers are connected by a podium that houses various amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a business centre. The development is situated on an artificial island with views of the Arabian Gulf and the Lusail Marina District.
